To become a probationary official you must:

• Fill out the online application below
• Fill out the CIAC Background check form (link below)
• Fill out the WCSOA availability form below (link below)
• Send a check to the addresss below
• Pass a current year rules test
• Complete the in person course and field training

Please complete the entire application and send bankers check or Money Order made payable to WCSOA for $80 (non-refundable).

The check will cover the dues and your background check required by CIAC. Send application and check to:
