Here is how you can become a high school soccer official:
New Membership Instructions 2014
Must be completed
Mail all materials above to:
Angelo Napolitano, 12 Sylvia Lane, Wolcott CT 06705.
Upon receipt of completed application, application fee and CIAC Background Sheet, you will be sent a copy of the soccer rule book.
After passing the test, you will receive a WCSOA shirt patch, a flipping coin and a red/yellow card pack.
Three mandatory clinics are held in May:
All meetings are held at Holy Cross High, 587 Oronoke Road, Waterbury from 7-9 p.m. and will be conducted by WCSOA rules interpreter Art Hamm
A physical fitness evaluation consisting of a 12-minute run, 50-meter side step, and 30-meter shuttle run will be given on June 2 at Holy Cross High at 6:30 p.m.
A field clinic for new and probationary members will be held on August 30, location TBD.
